What types of projects do you specialize in?
We specialize in a wide range of projects, including: home renovations, additions, siding, tiling, decks, fences, electrical, plumbing, painting, and custom homebuilding.
What is your process for getting started on a project?
We start by meeting with you to discuss your project goals and budget. Once we have a good understanding of your needs, we will create a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Once you approve the proposal, we will get started on your project.
What is your payment schedule?
We typically require a 20% deposit at the start of the project and the remaining 80% will be split up over an agreed upon draw schedule.
What are your qualifications for hire?
All of our contractors are licensed and insured. Honesty, integrity, and a solid work ethic is a must. We have a team that's committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of work.
